Massage Zone to Promote Wellness

We worked with KPMG to create an incredible Zen Zone at their Partner Event in Vancouver, BC. Inside the Vancouver Convention Centre, we created a private and calming spa experience for their guests, with nine massage practitioners and a hostess stationed outside the room over multiple days. This beautiful and quiet space was created to surprise and delight their attendees, offering complimentary 15-minute massages for a unique guest experience. It was an extremely popular activation station at the event.

These massages offered a much-needed break from the conference sessions, allowing participants to unwind, recharge, and refresh their minds and bodies. It was an absolute pleasure to help enhance the overall conference experience, providing attendees with a moment of relaxation and promoting wellness.

Pick-Me-Up Massage at Golf Tournament

Golfers at Whisky Wisemen 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament got a special treat! Our relaxation station was located during the welcome reception and again greeted the guests on the tee of hole 15 at the Westwood Plateau Country Golf Club. Our massage practitioners provided golfers with a quick pick-me-up massage to relieve their muscles and tension.

Despite the unforeseeable downpour that day, the canopy tent was a great way to get out of the rain and get a little pick-me-up massage. It was a nice soundtrack while getting a massage before teeing off. It’s like a rainforest massage on the green! Everyone loved it!

This event was all for a good cause! This wonderful charity event is presented by Whisky Wisemen, a dynamic not-for-profit organization that seamlessly blends the art of whisky appreciation with a profound commitment to making a positive impact in the community. This charity event raised money for Canuck Place Children’s Hospice that provides pediatric palliative care to children and families in BC.

A space to unwind, recharge, and get ready for the next conference session. Guests can learn simple strategies to incorporate wellness into their everyday lives. Self-massage tools were available at the lounge areas to try.

With a pop-up wellness shop at our Wellness Lounge, guests can purchase different wellness products for use at home or work.
