Gratuities are only applicable for Services, and are always made at your discretion. If you indulged in one of our services, and feel our staff provided excellent service that contributed positively to your spa experience, gratuities are welcome.
We provide mobile spa services in Vancouver, Burnaby, Langley, Coquitlam, Richmond, White Rock, Surrey, Maple Ridge, and Delta.
Since we are a mobile spa, typically there isn’t any additional cost to drive to your location within the cities we cover. If your location is remote and is outside of our travel zone, there is a minimal travel charge based on distance. When you contact us for a booking, we’ll let you know before any traveling fees are incurred.
To ensure we provide you with the best relaxation experience, we need 72 hours notice for personal mobile spa services and 3-4 weeks in advance for large groups or events. That being said, we’ll always try our best to fit you in an appointment if we can make it happen. Please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll try our best to accommodate.
We understand that urgent matters can come up. If you need to cancel your appointment, we appreciate it if you contact us immediately. We need advance notice to reassign our staff to other bookings. For individual bookings, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations. 100% will be charged for appointments with cancellations less than the hours specified. For group bookings with multiple practitioners, we require 2 weeks notice for cancellations. After 2 weeks, 50% deposit will be non-refundable, and 100% if cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment.

The company develops high quality natural skin care product spa line, Beauty Through Balance. Their products play an essential part in our therapeutic treatments in getting you vibrant healthy skin. Ancient Secrets take pride in harvesting and processing nature’s healing resources without negatively impacting the environment.
Beauty Through Balance products do not contain: Sodium Laurel Sulfates, Propylene Glycol, Mineral Oil, Artificial Colors and Fragrances, Petrochemicals, Parabens, or any other synthetic detergents. None of their skin care products are tested on animals.
We do our best to help our clients minimize the exposure to harmful and toxic chemicals by using Zoya nail polishes for our manicures and pedicures. Our chair massages are the most popular service for our corporate clients. It’s fast and easy to set up a relaxation station using a chair massage at the office, as it doesn’t require a lot of space. We typically recommend 15 minute relaxation treatments on a 20 minute schedule rotation. Short massages keep your team feeling refreshed and energized. If you have more space, table massages are also a great option.
We need a small meeting room or a staff room to set up our relaxation station with minimal distractions. We recommend you create a signup sheet for your staff so they can sign up in advance for appointment slots. Having a set schedule ensures smooth sailing during the day of the booking–hiccup free! If you need us to help you create a staff signup sheet we can do that for you.
After that–leave the rest to us. We will bring everything else we need during the booking including massage tables, towels, and linens so you don’t have to worry about anything else.

Before the appointment, get comfortable by dressing down in your robe and get cozy in your slippers to help you relax. A quiet room for your spa experience is preferable but not necessary. Help yourself enjoy the time off by having no phones, kids, or distractions for optimal relaxation.
We would advise that you turn up the heat to the room 30 minutes prior to your appointment. Having a warmer than usual temperature will provide maximum comfort during your appointment.
Having access to water, a comfortable chair, a table and power outlet close by is preferable. We do have portable manicure side tables if required. We have towels and linens prepared for our clients so you don’t have to do more laundry. A shower may be required for certain treatments.
We don’t need a lot of room so you can enjoy spa treatments in the comfort of your home. If you are getting a table massage, our table takes up approximately 4.5 feet x 8 feet. Our chair massage takes up about 5.5 feet x 4.25 feet square feet of space. If you are using other services like hand and foot care (manicures and pedicures), we just need a comfortable chair you can sit on for us to provide the service.

Soulful Indulgence’s spa team is continually training and learning from Michelle Wilson, the company’s founder with more than 16 year of work experience as a certified esthetician. She consults with each family to meet the client’s needs and match the appropriate practitioner for each client.
It is not necessary for you to be at the spa appointment. We can discuss on the phone and make arrangements you would feel comfortable with.
Yes, we do offer gift certificates. Our gift certificates do not have an expiration date. We recommend that gift certificates be used within one year from the date of issue to ensure the recipient of your gift can enjoy the benefits of our spa services early on.

Our practitioners received training in their modality. Our staff includes spa practitioners, estheticians, spa technicians, nail artists, chair massage practitioners, amongst others. For each booking, we select the practitioner that provides the best service requested. Our staff is licensed, bondable, and insured. They undergo extensive training to guarantee we provide you with an exceptional relaxation experience.
