Also, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of the Açai Vital Mineral Soak. Fill up the tub as deep as you can.
  3. Carefully immerse yourself into the tub and place the Silk Lavender Eye Pillow over your eyes. If you have a bath pillow or rolled towel, you can place it behind your head or neck.
  4. Relax and close your eyes. Practice a mindful breathing exercise: Breathe in deeply and slowly, then exhale out your mouth. Repeat in and out like a wave. Once the tub is filled to the desired bathing level (the deeper the better), check the water temperature. If your wrist is too sensitive to the water temperature, it’s too hot and you’ll need to adjust it.
  4. For dry-mature skin, add two pumps of the Pink Lotus Anti-Aging Body Oil to the top of the water. This will help to deeply moisturize the skin and calm the mind. During your bath, you can massage the body oil in the water onto your skin. Use extra caution as this can make your bathtub slippery. You can alternatively apply a small amount of the oil to the palms, rub them together, and then inhale slowly for its amazing aromatherapy benefits.
  5. Disrobe and carefully immerse yourself into the tub. Exhale slowly and relax.
  6. While you relax in your rejuvenating lavender and açai berry soak, when you are ready, prepare yourself for a Lavender Soy Exfoliating Facial treatment. You can tie up your hair with the optional hairband.
  7. This balm is for dry/damaged and mature skin. Eliminate if your skin is oily. Put ⅓ teaspoon of Lavender Plum Rich Moisturizing Balm in your hand. Add ½ teaspoon of Lavender Olive Cleanser and a small amount of water to emulsify. Massage onto the skin to cleanse, for about a minute. Rinse well with warm water. You can always do this step twice if you have make-up on or are exposed to a lot of environmental debris.
  8. Take a dime-size amount of the Lavender Soy Exfoliation cream, put it into the palms of your hands, and massage the face gently for 30 to 60 seconds. Leave on for a few minutes before rinsing well with warm water.
  9. Apply the Lavender Soy Exfoliation cream to your entire body. You can either step out onto a towel or lift each area out of the water that you need to apply the product. Massage the cream, thoroughly onto the skin. Massage the scrub in gentle circular motions. There’s no need to scrub hard, just let the jojoba beads and finely ground apricot seed powder do the work. Avoid applying on any damaged or broken skin. If you would like a deeper cleanse or more glide to the product, you may add a small amount of the Lavender Olive Rich Cleanser to the scrub. A little goes a long way, so be mindful of how much you use.
