Stay active – It’s surprising how sedentary most people are these days.

We need to stay active and it’s an uphill battle in today’s work environment. With so much machine work – humans are moving to computers and most people have horrible economics while working; that causes imbalances in the body that can lead to disease, especially when people sit for long extended periods of time without getting up. Who’s guilty of doing this? – Put up your hand. Many of us are so it is important to give back to your body and use it the way it was intended and inspire others to do the same.

Try a variety of activities, most importantly find ones that don’t just dominate one side without working out the other. Find a balance. Enjoy the health and vitality you feel with this lifestyle. Find some sports or leisure activities you enjoy, yes, even gardening counts, as you are better off pulling potatoes and weeding than being a couch potato. Getting a massage, contrast bathing – anything that improves the body’s circulation and works the muscles. Keeping moving is the key and getting a workout buddy helps a great deal. In the office, you can even take your meeting on the go and walk it out while talking.
